Could be a lot better

Adds no features over the simple website. If you have my location I should be able to see pricing info in the app and not just a custard flavor of the day.
Broken App

This App is broken, mobile ordering does not work. The interface is very confusing, almost as if their developers decided to stop working on it halfway through without testing and deploy it just to meet a deadline. This has no practical use, and is quite embarrassing when you compare it to other fast food chain apps such as McDonalds, Chick Fil A and Wendy's.

The app won’t open the order tab and allow me to order through the app. Please fix - it would be wonderful to order before my breaks.

it doesn't give me any locations. even if i type in something as broad as wisconsin it says no culvers found in my area. what kind of joke is that!? i just wanted to make an online order and now i'm gonna starve

Attempted "curd side" ordering from the parking lot of Culver's and app did not recognize location as one that allowed mobile ordering.

Not really sure if Culver’s was just trying to get on an app bandwagon, or what. Seems like a good start, but falls short. Looks like I can order, but doesn’t allow me to proceed to any semblance of such. Super disappointing. Not a good user experience or usability. No reference to “mobile ordering not available” or something similar.

How can you have a login without the forgot password option. Fire your developers.

The app needs to let you know if the location you pick is able to accept online/mobile orders or not. The app also needs to have a add to cart/order. Very frustrating that there is no info on which locations have/do certain things.

Offering no app would be better than this one; what a mess. For everything you do that is spot on Culvers, you really let me down with this app.
