Works okay but no family fry

We usually buy family size fries or onion rings. It that isn’t an option on the app. Hopefully they will update that so we can use it and save time in lines.
Can’t add items to my cart

Awful customer experience. You can preview the menu select items but cannot add them to the cart. Infuriating!!!!

Previously I couldn’t order on the app at all, which is now fixed. However, I’ve had issues where my order didn’t show on a list of active orders for the location I ordered from and they had to look my order up by name. In addition, every Culver’s location I’ve gone to allows you to add a single topping to the free scoop of custard in the kid’s meal, but the app doesn’t allow you to add a topping. It should be possible to add a topping, even if there’s a small surcharge for the topping.

What is the point of having an app when you can't order food ahead of time!! You might as well delete this app cause its pointless asf you have a cart option and when you click add nothing pops up after you've customize the order smh
Order issue - error in checkout

I put order information in. When I click for payment part in checkout, it gives an error. It seems to do with cod sandwich basket when by it self. If I add another item with it, or replace it with a different item, it works. And then if I try to get it by itself again, it will error again.
