Your app doesn’t seem to offer any coupons or rewards, which is no big deal. My local locations don’t support mobile orders.....so your app pretty much adds no value to your customer experience. Step up your game Culver’s!

Can’t order everything on their menu

Why have the app when you can’t use it to order what you want? Can’t order veggie burgers off the app.or the veggie burger value basket Even though Culver’s carries them. I have to physically order one at the counter. Why not put ALL your burgers on your app so the point of convenience can be met using the app? I’m Not a person who chooses to be a vegetarian by choice. I have a metabolic disorder from birth that forces me to eat alternatives other than real hamburgers. But since I can’t order veggie burgers using your app when I don’t have time to go in and physically order I guess I’ll just order the veggie burger from Burger King that they carry and is available for ordering off their app when I need to order a veggie burger quick. I’m sure their impossible whopper from Burger King will suffice until you get around to considering getting your app updated to include everything you can actually order when you are physically inside the restaurant.

12/18/19: you guys FINALLY made navigating your menu actually possible again as we can now go back at least (previously had to start completely over after looking at each individual menu item). However, you no longer have the Featured section and when you click on an item and click on Nutrition & Ingredients it takes you to a screen WITHOUT ingredients and only 3 nutritional items (calories, fat & carbs-fat and carbs both of which have 2 extra pointless decimals??? 54.00 grams of fat. .00 isn’t needed unless you plan to give us that precise of nutritional facts which I doubt) so that makes the page pretty much pointless. Whoever is working on your app always seems 2-5 yrs behind on the tech... :-( please fix these things. Or internally test before putting them out as they always seem half finished. Disappointing... 8/23/19: still no back button which still makes navigating the menu incredibly frustrating and annoying as each time you click into anything the only way out is to start completely over. Using your mobile website from now on vs this non-user friendly app because at least the website has a back button. 7/28/19: just downloaded the update. Before the update I was hoping you had fixed the Menu & actually gave us a Back button. Now all you see when hitting Menu is a blank white page. Hitting Order or My Order under My Culver’s brings you nothing but a perpetual loading circle and makes the app useless. Very poor update so far...

I have to agree with other reviewers of this app. I’m not sure of the purpose if you can’t order directly from the app and have it available for pick up. Culver’s is a great chain, but they need to step up on this mobile/tech world we live in. Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, Domino’s, among others all have this figured out. As a mother of two busy teenagers, being able to order food for them from my phone so that they can go pick up is not really a luxury, it’s an expectation and way of life.

I cant find a point to this app other than viewing the menu, which can be done on the website. On other restaurant apps they make it so you can order stuff, this one has the appearance you can with a cart option but you can’t add anything to it. ?
Good app, but no rewards

Ui is 5/5 very snappy and everything works great. But the lack of rewards compared to competition is strange. Thats not the apps fault but more so corporate. Being able to order through the app and see every flavor of the day is very convenient.

I can pick my menu options but there’s no add to cart button. I hit continue and it reverses to the previous screen. Using iPhone XR. This would be a great app but currently pointless.
App won’t let you order

App doesn’t tell you what stores can accept mobile orders. It just doesn’t show a button to place the order. No notes on location info that tells you whether they will take a mobile order. Apparently not many do. Can’t place an order at any location near me. What a waste!
