How can a national company produce an app as horrible as this? You select an item, decide against it, but you CAN'T GO BACK. How is this possible??

I ordered my pizza through the app. Get to the restaurant and find out the order never went through. No apology from California Pizza Kitchen. Might be time to say goodbye to this restaurant.

Ordering through the app usually freezes up. Doesn’t always recognize reward number for credit. Very slow overall.

I am a frequent CPK customer, and order for pickup regularly. This latest version of the app is completely useless. You cannot even place a basic order. Very disappointed. Please fix or remove it.
