Working great so far

I did not use for a long time because it would not accept my login. Suddenly it works great!

Have tried to use this to place an order twice on two separate days and both days it has not worked and I've had to end up placing the order from the desktop website instead. Many of the buttons are unresponsive and the app freezes a lot.

Only thing is I don't like when they automatically calculate the tip based on including the tax.

I have tried to use app 5 times since I have downloaded it... I have tried to redeem my specials/credits and of course NOT. Im a regular CPK customer (3x a week) I hope CPK fix the app, and fix it SOON.. If NOT I will be deleting app. I love CPK but this app is terrible!!

Hi. The rewards show until I start ordering and then it asks me for a log in again. After trying to log in with correct information- it does not recognize the account even though it is correct and I can't apply my rewards. Quite annoying. Please fix.

Was unable to create/save an account. Selecting state for some reason reduces your favorite store selection, eliminating my local store. Making it through all that, it turns out it doesn't remember your favorite store when ordering. So I missed the takeout deadline filling out the sign up, and ended up ordering/re-routed automatically first thing the next morning. Useless! Had to call the restaurant to cancel my order.

Very hard to use. Placing an online order is an arduous process. No back button when navigating menu. Doesn't auto fill name, email, reward ID on final order even though logged in. Shoddy!

The app is very simple, almost too simple. When dining-in, it works OK. However when ordering online via the app, the system makes you log into Pizza Dough Rewards multiple times. In addition, the app did not even send my order to the restaurant. Will not be using the app to order anymore... Calling is still much easier.

Soooo many issues. -I'm logged into the app, yet it forgets who I am when I order -lets say I click on main dishes and decide I don't want to order one. There is no way to get back to the main menu, without it loosing my order -argh
