Website/mobile website is faster!!

The old app was great I don't know why they had to completely change it. You didn't improve anything you actually made it worse it's almost impossible to place an order using the app, when you select pizza on the menu and then you decide you changed your mind and you want to salad you can't to go back to the main menu unless you place a pizza in the cart. I tried every way possible to go back and it forces you to reselect the restaurants and start over from scratch. To make matters even worse you see the restaurant that you want to order from and then you click on the order online option and once you do that you go back to putting in the ZIP Code or the city and you have to select again which restaurant you want to order from it's so time-consuming and annoying it's faster to use your web browser on your phone sign in place the order and you're done within five minutes I spent 20 minutes trying to use the app and I gave up I will delete it and continue to place my orders online.

Won't remember your card or order, no back button/navigation. Poor user interface. Which is too bad because I love the gluten free pizzas and it is rare to find a great one. Fix the app.

Lots of improvements, but it's still not easy to use when you are look at a menu item it's not easy to go back in the menu. It's still an awful app.

My old app worked perfect and now it no longer works. This new app doesn't accept my log in information. Had trouble trying to finding my local CPK and then couldn't order food on the app. I ended up going to the desktop website and placing my order. Not off to a very good start CPK.

Update says App not compatible

I've been using the CPK app for longer than I can remember, and on this iPhone5 (no s). Sept 2017: Update says "requires 10.3.3, but can download latest compatible app" Stupid app developers, this is 10.3.3 - on an iPhone 5. (Your wonderful new app is not compatible with "old" iPhone5 even if running your minimum OS version.) January 2017: Today the update said "Update is not compatible with your phone"

CPK, please push training to your restaurants. Many employees lack familiarity which defeats purpose & convenience of the app. In one instance, the app wouldn't allow paying. After the server called the manager to the table, he advised that he had shut down the app for the night. This unnecessarily complicated paying for dinner. Why let customers "check in" with the app, redeem a reward, then shut it down before they get a chance to pay via the app? As far as functionality, please add ability to enter CPK gift cards as a form of payment in the app. This would streamline paying as well.

The CPK app is easy to use and works well. It’s very handy and convenient. It locates all CPK restaurant locations, it tracks you as you arrive, it offers special CPK menu details, offers you a birthday gift, tracks your reward points, offers you an itemized check for food ordered at CPK and even allows you to pay with a credit card. We highly recommend it to all CPK customers!

No credit for dining

Twice I have dined at CPK and checked in using the app. I gave my server the code but never got credit. What good is the pizza dough reward program when they don’t give you any credit? The app should let you enter your missing credit using the information off of the receipt.
