Horrific app

This app does not work. To make matters worse when you have rewards they staff at CPK don’t apply them. I deleted it because it’s not worth the hassle.

Being able to pay for the check from the app, rose with the app, it’s great. Would also be great if gift cards could be added to the app for easy storing/can’t loose them scenario ;)

I have been to CPK for well over 10 times in the last 4 weeks. 4 of the 10 I ordered via the app for a take out. A month later today, 0 rewards, nothing has been reported. I showed the code to the server 6 times. None got reported. Over $350 spend st CPK. 0 reward. What a waste of my time. If you tell me this is an ordering app, I would have been fine. If you tell me this is both reward and order, this is a horrible way to trick your customer. BTW. None of the take out shows up in the history. In fact, my history is empty. ?

It would be nice to have ability to use cpk gift card as a payment option rather than just credit cards. It would be nice if they used a little bigger font. It is too small currently.

App doesn’t seem to work on iPhone 8

App isn’t working because it gets stuck as it keeps searching for location. Please fix.

If you where trapped under a mountain and the only way you could get food was by using this app, you will die before it works. After signing in and seeing my points and free small plate I decide to just order my family's diner for curb side pick up. 10 infuriating minutes later I gave up and used the website and 1min later I was done.
