Forgot username

There is only a Forgot Username!! And When I do try the forget password it doesn't say exists. Tried 2 emails that I use and both don't work. So I get why so many customers give up on trying to re sign in on the app. And when you try to set up another one it says the phone number is already used. So do what other apps. Reset the password or forget username by texting the phone number registered. Fix this please. Annoyed have to use guest
Worst app to place online order

To browse menu and place an order is like a complex job. Once i select a category in menu, then there is no back button to go back and select another category. So have to go back home again and start again by selecting location. Every time it asks for use location option... crapy..
Can't go back to menu when ordering

This app is so frustrating. Once you select an item to look at, you can't go back unless you add it to your cart. Please fix this!

There is no back option when viewing menu options ..example I want to see what's in the small plate menu didn't want anything can't go back to the menu. There are two home screens that sync or make sense ..give me one
Menu doesn't have a back button.

Won't stay signed in. Hard to customize order (wont do ingredients on one half only). No Apple Pay. Won't save payment options. Clunky website menu inside of app. All around useless.

The old app was much better. This app is not user-friendly and very frustrating to use!!!!
Worst food app around

Struggle every time I order thru this app. Once you select a food item you can't go back to the menu without ordering that item. I've lost my order several times. Very frustrating.
Very difficult to use

This app lacks a navigation button and it does seem to remember my location even though the home screen says I'm checked in but when I go to order it has to find my location again. When I browse the menu, when I click on an item I can not navigate back to the main menu. I have to navigate back to the home screen and start The Whole process of finding my location all over again. This app is not user friendly.
