A lot of the time the waiter forgets to check me in. And it annoying to keep asking...and I can’t tell by looking at the receipt if I’m checked in either.

We love our dinners and lunches at CPK we love the Thai salad and the Thai Pizza best. Everything we’ve tried on our visits have all been great
Easy to screw up rewards redemption

$5 Rewards (as of mid 2018) expire after a few months and it easy to screw up redemption. The waiter needs to take it off your bill first (ie they need to do the bill twice), and if you use the app to pay before they do that your rewards won’t get applied to your bill. So be careful or your 5% off goes away though no fault of your own.

It loads slowly from one page to the next. On next update, please add option for special request. I often buy your full salads but I prefer them split in two (one for lunch/the other dinner) so I end up having to call in & requests this option after I’ve placed my order through the app. Good but room for improvement.

I like how they have everything there for your convenience, but the online order through the app doesn’t seem to work. Also my points never show up on the app for my purchases.
