Slowly getting up to current times, very slowly. Please give us an option to scan and checkout I’m the app!

Bad reviews, for being too lazy to post update activities in this app, which, btw, is the same as always, as opposed to lies that it gets better and better all the time. BS! See version history. Lastly, our feedbacks are erased Willy-Nilly to make the overall scoreboard look good. Crooks.

Like the membership digital cards, and able search, save deals, etc but they all work very iffy. The biggest issue is that it doesn’t keep you log in. I keep putting username and password but it keeps bringing up the log in page again and again. It’s an old and ongoing issues with several updates of the app and still goes on. Online orders can’t be placed all the time and give an error. Then I’m forced to place orders on their web. Not super accessible menus. It can use an update on UI and make things easier like preorder and pick up or online order directly from app (fix the issues so it can be done all the time not just half of the time!)

This app is complete garbage compared to Sam’s Club and looks like it’s from 2012. Invest some capital in your app.

Love Costco. Dislike that I can’t see a lot

Love the ethical ways of Costco. Love the quality of products at Costco. Love the savings in gasoline. But why can’t I see my in store purchases when I log into my app? You should be able to link my membership details as far as what I purchased at a store so I can reference the receipt anywhere should I need warranty work etc.

Search feature has been removed from same-day

Why was the search field removed? How can we select groceries if there’s no way to search for items now? I can only choose items I’ve ordered previously.

Implementing the very newest technology from 2004, you can now purchase products from Costco online! Sure, it’s incompatible with Apple Wallet, doesn’t have Scan and Go, and has a totally dated appearance, but it sure is nice to be able to... buy products on an app, I guess.

Please bring back the favorites option and for the love of saving time, please bring back the search option. What kind of trickery is this. It’s annoying and a waste of time trying to find something. I can’t find the darn foil!!! ?

Less than mediocre app.

No option to delete account, Face ID does not work, have to log in every time the app refreshes. Costco, I love ya but this app is seriously inconvenient. It’s a lot faster to show your membership card than to type in your password and username and show it to them. Now I want to delete it but they give you absolutely no option to delete your account. Terrible business practice, it should be essential to have a delete option.
