The app will not work for a spa as the water volume is less than the minimum and won’t allow me to create an account.

So I just bought the strips and I thought, cool app, and I filled out all the information numerous times and when I get to the last page it won’t let me create an account. All I can click on is cancel. Waste of time. Bad app.

This is of no use. It was recommended for use with my Hot tub. Not one item in this app pertains to a hot tub!

I downloaded the app many months ago and didn’t write down my password. Now when I ask to reset my password, I never get an email to reset it. I’d now rather have my money back for the strips since I can’t scan them with the app. I’ve probably hit the “forgot my password” icon 10 times and no email.
