It’s time to see my movie of choice on the big screen. I miss that movie theatre experience especially the popcorn. The Cinemark experience is second to none for cleanliness and customer service. Enough said, check it out for yourself…… Barbara MW
Poorly written app

If you don’t check out right after you select your tickets you can’t get back to the shopping cart. You then have to wait for the reservation system to time out and release the tickets. Can’t believe this has 5 star ratings.
No refund received

Contacted customer service no call received the long way hold times Demanding full refund in movie and popcorn movie didn’t play and popcorn was burnt!!!! This was on Christmas Day with our special needs nephew!!!! Horrible!!!
