Want to buy a ticket? There is a fee for that (unless you have purchased a membership). But, show up and use the exact same payment method: no fee. Why ruin the convenience of the app with the unnecessary fees?

Joined the movie club and it’s great ! Easy to use on the phone app- clean nice theater and staff is friendly to top it off the discounts are great.

Would have given more stores if they weren’t charging monthly during a pandemic when theaters in my area are closed. Asked customer service and they said they could only pause temporarily so I cancelled. HOPEFULLY I’ll be able to use the credits before they expire in Ausgust.

I love the Cinemark app for everything from viewing which seats are available to purchasing tickets to getting rewards on concessions. And now I can order concessions & have them deliver them to me in my seat? Yes please.
