Not sure why you are charging a fee for online purchase when everything is forced social distancing and everything is pushed online. But I’m guessing there is not a care just that you get paid.

Love the app makes it so much easier but I would love the option to also pre purchase our meal and combo from the concession and scan it like for tickets. So no need to touch money when we get there! Just an idea!

The app works great on an iPhone, but is not as good on an iPad. Especially the seat map on the iPad (hard to zoom or use).

I love this Theater! The management has been great since the reopening. I enjoy it here! I moved to Sugar Land but still travel to Cinemark 19.

Tried to get tix to Croods using my visa as well as the balance on my gift card. It would not process the payment until I took the gift card off. So I had to pay full price out of pocket. I called the theater. No answer. Then came to the location to buy the tickets in person to avoid the ridiculous online ticket fee and they aren’t letting people in for ticket purchase. It’s 3:18 pm. The first movie is at 4. So I wasted a trip in my car. Got back on the app to process payment without my totally valid gift card. I wouldn’t even come to the movie if I hadn’t already told my family.
