I have selected seats in an empty auditorium and the app forced close the seats were fine at the movie I was the only one there.

I am a true moviegoer and hands down the Grapevine Tinseltown Cinemark is the best Cinemark theater and best theater I have been to, and I have been to every theater in within 20 Mike’s of the DFW airport! Keep being Awesome Grapevine Tinseltown !!!!
Needs Compatibility Update.
A new update is needed
On the iPhone 12 pro max with fully updated iOS this app once you select a movie to view times, only half of the screen shows up making it very hard to view movie times and order tickets.
