Needs update

brianwharton1504

App used to be amazing (pre-covid). Now it doesn’t load most of the information, gets stuck loading, and generally isn’t usable. This is on the new iPhone 12 with all current updates to the app downloaded.

Very convenient!

New Family in the Metroplex

We have always been avid movie-goers and this app makes it easy to purchase tickets, keep up with promotions, and the app is easy to use.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND SHADY!

deano22

It used to only be 250 points to redeem a free movie why during the COVID-19 crisis did you shadily move it to 280 points????? you’re truly a shady disgusting corporation. CHANGE IT BACK TO 250 NOW!!!

Used to be good, but can’t even cancel now

tagger9

This used to be a nice app, but they have made it almost impossible to cancel now, I couldn’t find a way to do it in the app or online. Looks like they are desperate for incoming funds and will do anything they can to keep money coming in. They haven’t charged their usual monthly charge since covid hit, so it hasn’t cost me anything yet, but I still want to cancel. They just won’t let me.

Fandango

Fandango is the worst way to buy tickets.

I liked the old Cinemark better.

I think Cinemark was *the best* theatre out there when they were still authentic to their vision for movies. Auro 11.1 audio is still the best sounding audio system in any theatre today (including better than Dolby Atmos; I've experienced both technologies of course -- I saw The Predator in 11.1 audio in Cinemark xD in Hunting Beach and I saw it in Dolby Cinema at AMC Tustin. The 11.1 surround did sound better.) I love that Cinemark theatres are usually THX Certified. It makes a big difference. If you compare a Cinemark THX Certified thater to AMC's Dolby Atmos the mid-range frequencies (400hz - 3k hz) in Dolby Atmos are out of wack, they're way muffled and non linear. That said, Cinemark had gotten new young interns in high places to try and make the theater more 'popular' and it's ruining the service. Cinemark MovieClub used to be the best membership in the business with never expiring credits for one free movie per month for $8.99 with no time commitments and a cancel any time policy. That's all ruined now. The price of Movie Club has gone up and the terms and conditions have changed for the worse. Now credits expire, and worse, you can't use old credits anymore if you cancel your membership and aren't actively paying. That's BULlSH*T and completely RIDICULOUS. If I payed for the Movie Club Membership for 6 months and saved up 6 movie credits and then canceled my membership -- I SHOULD GET To GO SEE SIX MOVIES AT NO COST. THEY SHOULD NOT EXPIRE AFTER SIX MONTHS. If you pay for each month you should get the movie no questions asked for a lifetime. Otherwise why the hell would anyone pay each month to throwaway their money? Come on Cinemark! You can do better than that with MovieClub. I like CineMark but I don't like recent changes.

Cinemark West - Plano

Cat Woman Too

I have been to two movies since Cinemark reopened. Everyone was wearing masks and I felt safe while enjoying a movie and, of course, popcorn!

Amazing!

I found about this app because of a Kurt Schneider’s channel (check him out btw) and it’s an amazing app ❤️❤️
