Great game, but

ultimate DOO DOO

I like this game and its fun but could you add variants like in the computer version? I know its in beta but it would still be nice

Fantastic chess app and service

EdHans

Pricing is good for what you get. Lessons, videos, puzzles, analysis, and more. As a beginner, this app is great for learning the ins and outs of chess, and getting better with tactics and strategy.

Yes

Great app, they can obviously improve but with the help of this app I beat my grandpa who’s been playing for 40 years and I had played for 6 days. I’m starting to get interested in this game even though I’m not a huge nerd, wu-Tang calm brought me to chess but chess.com kept me here

Checkmate!

This app is amazing! I’ve been playing chess for 5 yrs, and this app and website have never failed me!! :)

Horrid account admin

sfryiihnbffgghh

Suddenly locked me out and asked me to sign in. You can only reset your password with your email. I have tried every email account I have and it still won’t let me. It doesn’t recognize any of them or enable me to change my password. Customer service emails go unanswered. They will not respond and there is no way to cancel them charging you unless I guess you cancel the credit card or dispute the charge or something. What a nightmare.

Whoop

Drybones206

Didn’t think to only have one game. Right now, this is the one

Horrible

Sackafetter

When you eliminate all but your opponents kingAnd you have a queen two rooks ands knightAnd in 10 moves you can Win the game and they call it a stalemate this is a piece of crap game and should be deleted

Free trial is a scam

oloffo

The free trial will upgrade 24 hours before the end of the trial. Why is this? So they can automatically pull $100 dollars from your account 24 hours before the stated end of your trial. A ridiculous business model. I’ve submitted a complaint with no response from chess.com and followed up requesting a refund and cancellation of my membership. No response. Poor business practices lead to unhappy customers.

FB issue

".........D........"

I have paid membership and apparently I have to keep my Facebook login name. Can I detach it from FB? I couldn’t find a way t do it
