New update terrible

Can NOT stand the new update. I don’t wanna play with “jimmy.” I don’t want so many options in settings. What the hell? It was nothing wrong with it before… Why do people always want to fix things that are not broken? I don’t want to even use this app anymore whereas previously it was my go to stress break from work, used it daily. Bad call, developers. Bad call. [**UPDATE:** I tried. I just can’t. It’s horrible. I’m deleting the app. Whoever thought this update was a good idea should be whipped mercilessly with wet spaghetti noodles. Just stupid.]

I just played a game and my opponent has found a flaw in the programming where he was able to win the game even though I could’ve killed the queen that put me in check. I wanted to be nice and make chess.com aware of it but they don’t communicate all they want you to do is read their forms they won’t let you send them a message so the hell with them
Fantastic App, but Revert Please

This app is really good, however they changed the computer mode and made it much more interesting and beginner-friendly, however they also made it way less versatile. I’d say in every other way it’s the best chess app, just please revert this change, or at least make it so that you can choose between the old computer settings and the new ones. I’d also love to see a 2 player mode, however the old computer settings could be set up as a local 2 player mode anyway. Overall fantastic app, please revert, 4 star.
Latest update makes it unplayable

The latest update moves this from a competitive game to a cartoon game that is trivial to win against. The AI sacrificed a queen for a pawn on the 4th move. Look elsewhere for a challenge

When playing computer, it does not allow you to make legitimate moves that can result in a win. Absolutely rigged to make sure you can’t move your pieces

The update to the computer game option with the different unlockable opponents literally engineered the functionality out of this app. Its’s really unfortunate

This new update is not worth it, makes the app very convoluted, I don’t need all of these named computers, just turn it back to what it was
