Fix the rating system

I enjoy chess very much however I really regret spending money because as I started advancing in the higher ratings I’m constantly getting underrated players. I’m going against new accounts where the original owner is really high rating or accounts that have been at 2000 rating before that really below their rating. They just dominate and it’s nearly every game now. Please fix the rating system, I enjoy the game but lost passion as I stopped winning more since i’m constantly playing people way over my level.

Has everything and more I only wish they’d increase number of puzzles you can do each day for free but oh well I understand it’s a good incentive to upgrade

I love Chess because it is so much fun I started playing when I was about 6and I’m now 11 and I still have a lot of fun I play with my grandpa a lot and my brother they are a lot better then me though I’m kinda new to chess.com and my score is only 300 but I love the fact that you can play people all around the world just through a cell phone or computer thank you chess.com for making an app for chess!

The computer bots are okay to play against but I don’t learn too much from them. However the live games are fun and there has always been someone to play against. The after game analysis is helpful in teaching me to improve.
