Y'all!! I'm in love with Carvana! This has been the best, most fun, easiest car purchasing experience of my life. Customer service, vehicle presentation, app functionality, everything A+!!! I don't think I can ever go back to a dealership experience again. It's a great app, well functioning, easy to navigate and the company is excellent. You've got my customer loyalty.

This app shouldn't be published with all the bugs it has. The search and filtering is cumbersome and consistently serves up results that I tried to filter out. It's as if they're trying to push vehicles on you despite what you've asked for. I'd pass up a great deal on a car just to avoid the frustration of dealing with this company. They're clearly not ready to be a legitimate contender in the space.

The easiest process of buying a car I’ve ever experienced! Customer service is great, I was supposed to get checks for taxes that for whatever reason didn’t get made but after talking to customer service it was quickly resolved. Will be the only place I buy cars from in the future.

I was on the fence purchasing a vehicle through Carvana for about 6 months. I researched, read reviews, and more or less had an idea of what we wanted. We ended up getting a 2017 Toyota Rav4. We knew there was several small cosmetic scratches, but only noticeable if you’re looking for it. The whole process was easy and smooth. We got pre-approved, next day the underwriter approved it within 10-15 minutes, they confirmed delivery over the weekend. Day of delivery was cool, the Carvana employee answered my million questions, took it for a test drive and signed all the paperwork. I ended up taking to Firestone for a complete inspection, probably cost me $40, more for my peace of mind. But also wanted to make sure nothing was wrong internally, since it’s under warranty. Per the mechanics, car was in great shape. I’m so glad we went through Carvana, will be a customer again for the next ride!

My experience. Did credit check, got approved. Spent a lot of time looking at vehicles. Found a highlander I loved and was reasonable price and I could afford. I checked insurance prices and I can also afford that. So I pulled the trigger and made the purchase, set up delivery, went through the entire process. Then it came to a screeching halt slam into a brick wall at a thousand miles an hour. At the very last moment after spending how many hours on this app it all came crashing down. The LAST step for some unknown and idiotic reason, is to verify yourself. Which is a completely unnecessary step because I already sent them my drivers license and got the loan approved. So to verify yourself they ask 3 or 4 different different questions, which apparently are pulled from experian. But guess what? None of the questions apply to me whatsoever. So I answer N/A of course. It says I failed something. Whatever. It asks the question again and I answer truthfully N/A. It says please call us to verify your identity which you already did since you sent us your drivers license and social security info. I call immediately and they are closed. I call early the next morning and I am told “oh we sold that car now. And your locked out of buying a car with us for 6 months because you failed the not applicable questions twice”. Brilliant. Very brilliant. I’ll leave high stars because the app is slick and easy to use. They have an awesome call back system and have great customer services reps. I did feel bad that I seemed upset at them but I was really upset over the ridiculous situation. The last verification questions are 100 % unnecessary and idiotic. But if you feel it’s necessary even though the person has already provided solid proof of ID then it should be the first step not the last. I also feel experian is to blame most and they are crooked as can be, providing false information. Send them away, use a more honest credit reporting company.

Carvana takes all the aches and pains out of car buying and actually makes it an extremely fun experience! Searching for a car was not only fun but the accuracy and easy of completing a purchase amazed me! My car was delivered in a few days with a couple more papers to sign and voila that was it!!! Awesome experience!

Lol I labeled it Skynet from the terminator because I’m a geek. But it’s so streamlined that it was scary how easy it was. I came in pre approved with my own bank. They looked it up and linked it all together within a second after the word leaving my mouth! ? they are robots ? I’m telling you. Lol ? My representative was “April” and promised her I would rate my experience because of her. If you need a rep USE APRIL!! Or ? ? lol jk jk ? but seriously ? Five star rating

The car buying was easy enough however if you need any help or if there was a mistake with your purchase the customer service (and I can’t stress this enough) is absolutely horrendous. I was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes several times and still haven’t had a registration issue resolved after 3 months and multiple calls even after assurances that it would be taken care of.
