My vehicle was going to be delivered today, however I received a phone call that vehicle was going to be delayed for a week. A mechanical issued was found, preventing the vehicle’s function. With such an expensive purchase I can’t risk possibly buying a lemon.

I can’t actually see the cars around my area. The location it’s set for us in Santa Clara California. I live in Colorado. Every time I try and change the location it says error.

I am having an issue with setting my location in the app. When I enter my location’s zip code, it just says there was an error. Please fix!!! Other than that, everything works like fine

Two things you delivery date will always change to a later date. Also most of the staff are just employees not salesmen so they dont care if you buy a car or not. They will make buying a car so hard and lie to you when they mess up on simple paper work. Trust dont waste your time and get a head ache dealing with them.
App won’t allow me to add zip code

I’ve been having issues putting in the zip code to change the default location from Santa Clara Ca to Orlando Fl. I’ve tried deleting app and downloading. The error message would come on and say “oops something with wrong, we can’t find your location”

So, when I try to set my location it always says “ERROR! Something went wrong with your location.” I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it didnt work. I reseted my phone and didnt work. On the website works fine, but the app is messed up.

I can’t even set my location to begin looking for a car. Had this problem in the app and the website. Tried multiple locations, had a friend try it on their phone, still didn’t work.

The app doesn’t let you change your search location. Defaults to California and displays error. “Whoops Something went wrong getting your location.” ??????
