The purchase process for Carvana is too easy. Just a few simple steps and the car is yours. However, the delivery service is god awful. I’m in the military and I run in a tight schedule. I set the car pickup date for the nearest vending machine to me which is 3 hours away. But, I get a notification saying that the delivery date has been delayed by 3 days because “it took them longer than usual to pickup my car and deliver it”, which is a terrible reason for delay. The set pickup time and date should already account for any kind of delays. Even better, the pickup time for my car has been delayed by an hour and a half. I’m currently waiting for my car at the spot I’m supposed to pick it up and the person delivered it has not even left yet….. and they are 1hr 45mins away from me. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Wish Carvana and the companies they work with could take schedules and deadlines more seriously. This is terrible. ??

Esta gente vende los carros mas caros que todo el mundo,no se como la gente puede comprar aquí

They’ve changed my down payment price for a vehicle I was purchasing 3x & falsely promised to keep the down payment the same. This app is just as stressful as a car dealership and equally as disappointing.

Carvana seems easy - IT IS NOT. They make money through their exorbitant lending rates (6%+?? You should be getting a car at 2% these days). If you lend through a third party Carvana’s extremely tight timelines make it incredibly hard to work with your bank of choice. I kept having to start the process over and over again. Carvana also won’t directly work with your lender so you have to act as the intermediary. Finally, my car was damaged in transport (cracked windshield) but they wouldn’t send me pictures or report it as an accident and refused to adjust the price or offer any warranty. After a month and a half I finally threw up my hands and cancelled the whole thing. GO TO A REAL USED CAR LOT.

How on earth do they sell cars on here? Most of which I searched is overpriced than the newest models, no jokes a 2018 Corolla cost $20k??! A family member bought his 2021 brand new for $19k same types and models.

Not IPad compatible. Just a little sliver of an app as if you were looking at it on your phone.

It’s almost impossible to find a truck on this app, constantly has problems loading anything or searching for anything but the biggest problem is they just don’t have anything to look at why waste everyone’s time.

Don’t want to go into too many details but it’s been the worst experience involving any purchase I’ve made & still not resolved.

Decent platform layout. Easy enough to navigate. I like the images provided through the company and the detail. My biggest complaint is that I can only search based upon specific zip codes; not within a mile radius. I’m bent on getting a specific car and am looking all across the US but Carvana does not allow me to do so such as other car selling platforms.

The app is glitchy. I had chosen a car and started the purchasing process online when I was prompted to use the app for faster results. After funds were confirmed in my bank by a Carvana advocate, contract was signed and delivery date set; I received an email to upload my insurance info a link took me to the app where there was no link to add my documents. A ticker was at the top of the page and after a few minutes of futile searching to add my documents I closed the app. This resulted in the purchase being canceled. Over all it was a horrible experience because it was a gift for my son before he went back to school. Delivery dates were gone and contract was void. My advice, just do it online. This app has too many issues and is hard to navigate.
