Carvana is a joke. I recently purchased a car which is no longer street legal because the temporary plates expired. Carvana didn’t submit the registration properly and they have no idea when it will be done. These people are incompetent mouth breathers at best. Save yourself the headache and buy your car literally anywhere else!

My first time ever writing a review. I told myself I would due to all the bad reviews I read when I first picked up my car, which was on Veterans Day. I received my plates TODAY! It only took a month and that’s that I was nervous something would go wrong because I had moved and had to update my address. I changed my address on app and I called Carvana to confirm and the gentleman was very nice to me and assured my address was updated for registration. I read several reviews about people not receiving their plates. I am not sure what their situation was but I had no issues. However, my car buying experience was great too. I bought on Tuesday and that Friday was my pick up date. I didn’t have my down payment in my account till Thursday so it delayed my pick up date (which I understand). On my pick up date - my son and my boyfriend go with me and the staff treated us great. Oh and I really enjoyed the whole coin kiosk thing. I test drove it for about 30 mins, got back told them I wanted it, signed paperwork in 5 mins and walked out w my car! My test drive w my family was longer than the time spent at Carvana. I hate car salesmen, which is the reason I tried out Carvana. I never thought I’d buy a car lying down watching TV, just like the commercial. ? But I did. Thanks Carvana for a great experience. I will and have recommended you to others.

These good reviews are FAKE. They sold me a car with wiring issues and other people I have been in comtact with with similar issues. I bought every available warrantee and they did not cover it. They dont actually check the cars for issues before selling them. Look at the system refresh. They purposely do not refresh the system so they can conceal this. All of these cars have veiled problems that are hidded and hard to detect. Its very risky and unsafe. Please do not purchase a car from here! Its fraud.

Very bad customer experience

I bought a Tesla from Carvana. During my warranty period they refused to replace my charge port unit which basically lets me charge the battery for the car to drive. Furthermore I paid an extra month on my car note. They put almost all the money for the next month payment towards the interest not the principal and after I called them to fix the problem. The lady who responded was very rude. They charged me more on sales tax and then registration fees which I got an email from them but still haven’t received the refund check for the difference. Worst company ever. If I could give a negative star I would.

Avoid the Dealership!!!

After driving three hours to a dealership that wasted 5 hours of our Saturday with a typical “bait and switch”, I tried Carvana. Best. Decision. EVER!!! Picked the car online, it was delivered to us on a flatbed by a polite, knowledgable gentleman. The car was impeccable. We had right of refusal on the spot, or could return it within a week for a full refund. We did neither. The process took a half hour. Zero sales pitches. Zero pressure. Really perfect experience. Thank you!

Car was in an accident — not reported on inspection

I purchased a car from Carvana that was guaranteed accident free, yet upon basic inscription by my mechanic, it was in a major accident. I still recommend looking over a car in person at a dealership.

It took me an hour end to end to buy my car!! That’s incredible in comparison to the 4-8 hour experience I used to have at dealerships! Developers, here are some bugs and needed enhancements that I found: - Post Purchase, the My Cars Screen does not show the Delivery Date and Time that I selected. It’s completely blank even though I have a confirmed delivery appointment tomorrow. - During the eSign process, the contracts took forever to load ( I was stationary on a high speed network connection (120MB up and down) with full reception. I had to kill the app and reload a few times to get the contract to properly load. - The loading modal during the eSign process would not go away when I was signing. I had to read and sign around the modal. - I should be able to “preview” my executed contract in app. Why can I only do this using a web browser on my laptop and not my iPhone X. - I can’t see the CarFax report or features of the car post purchase while pending delivery (and perhaps post delivery). Can these be added to the My Cars section? - after executing the contract, can the executed docs and carfax be emailed to me?
