They ran my credit twice without permission and are refusing to fix it. They submitted the purchase paperwork to the local DMV with a falsified odometer reading. Did not submit the correct paperwork for 6 months, leaving the temp registration to expire twice. Did not advise that their system would PREVENT me from paying their loan provider during this time. Did not advise that despite being unable to pay, the loan provider would require the full balance once the paperwork was complete. Nor did the loan provider, for that matter. Bridgecrest - the loan provider - advised that this has happened to multiple individuals. And my insurance agent confirmed other users say they’re a nightmare to deal with. You don’t want this headache, please don’t give them your business.

Car was so dirty on delivery, I had to get the inside shampooed. Paperwork still needs to be completed for registration and my SECOND temp plates are expiring soon. Made several attempts to make sure they have the right address but still haven’t received anything but a thank you card for purchasing. Bad customer service. They promise to call back and never will. I just want the hub paperwork so I can get my registration. This is ridiculous. How can you do this to your customers and have the nerve to send an email stating if my registration doesn’t get completed I will be in breach of contract? THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!!

Don’t use Carvana. I wanted to return my car and take my trade in back, when i arrived to my appt they didnt know where my car was. They tried giving me someone else's car but lost their key. Now nobody seems to know where my cars at and im left in the dark. Not worth it, go to a dealership!

The prices are insanely high . 2009 cars listed for 14k . So greedy kind of business . I know there is a demand for used cars but the price you list is astronomical . Good luck with your sales

I wanted to sell my Ford Ranger Lariat but Carvana didn’t list that trim. After many failed attempts to get past the robots to a human I gave up. Vroom worked very well.

I ordered a car from Carvana and after reaching out to the Attorney General of Michigan, I am still waiting for a resolution. It is worth noting that I do not want money, “store credit”, or even an admission of guilt from this company. I simply don’t want their inability to complete their contractual obligation to hurt my credit score. I would avoid this horribly managed app… the other option is to trust your personal/private information, including social security number with an app that doesn’t deliver on a signed contract. I cannot prove this next part legally, but after I informed them of my intention to inform my State’s Attorney general, I have been receiving unsolicited sales calls from insurance companies that I cannot find on google. Do not give your phone number or social security number to this company

EVERYTHING went smoothly and I can vouch that their advertising is refreshingly accurate. I didn’t know they offered financing either, but after maybe 45 minutes comparing cars I was signing my contract and my car was in my driveway in a week. Plates, registration, all the details, all done. I never left the house. The delivery tracker the morning of arrival was the only glitch, but I really didn’t care because the delivery driver was in direct touch with me. I doubt I’ll ever buy another car the old way again.
