Needs and fixes

The app is okay. What I hate is that if you miss a day logging your vitamin intake, it zeros you out towards points and you have to start all over. Second, it should incorporate into HealthKit to track what you are taking. Well that’s my two cents on this app.

Great- but could use improvement

I love the convenience of receiving my vitamins in individual packs. I also love the ability to order and track when I take my vitamins. I also like the ability to earn rewards. One change I would like to see in the app is the ability to back track and record that I took my vitamins the previous day. I have a set routine of taking them daily w/dinner, but sometimes I forget to track in the app until the next day. There is no way to go back and record that they were taken. Also, there is a lapse of when I run out of vitamins and when my next shipment arrives. I have gone up to two weeks without vitamins. DHL is the slowest delivery service fo use.

Dark UX Patterns

I’m a designer and one of the most important rules is to give users control, even if it means making it easier to cancel a subscription. I was appalled at how difficult it’s been to cancel my order - this is clearly done on purpose. There are no options in the UI and finding out how to contact support to cancel is also buried under options. I went from wanting to freeze my account while I travel (indefinitely, not just delays - again give users full control) but now I’m absolutely canceling. Have you considered that you might be taking advantage of people who aren’t as tech savvy? This is clearly a profits over people company.

Great app!

Keep up the great work ?

Overall great

SarahVictoria91

Overall this is a great app. But unfortunately you can’t go back a day and say that you took the vitamins. I was on vacation and took my vitamins and forgot to log the day. So it restarted my streak. So that’s kind of a bummer. Other then the app is great and the vitamins are even better

Hate the ‘Rate App’ pop up box

GruberHQ

Hate the ‘Rate App’ pop up box If you want my positive review then remove the rate ‘Rate App’ pop up box. The ’Rate App’ pop up is extremely annoying and bad UX. I will always rate any app that does this with one star. Keywords: app, store,

Daily remember

wf ivebi

I was so excited when I saw the app had a daily reminder setting since I constantly forget to take my vitamins, so I set it all up and it works maybe one day a week. It’s very disappointing

I like the vitamins but the app needs work...

I don't really know how this app has such a high rating to be honest. It's very buggy. Every time it notifies me track and I click the notification it tells me my session expired and makes me sign in again, but if I just open the app directly it's already signed in but freezes. Also I haven't missed a day of tracking in over a month yet it missed two days and said my current streak is only 7 days. I wouldn't care really but I do track to earn points for discounts on my vitamins.

wish it was better

i really liked care/of and the vitamins they provided. i however faced some financial difficulty and had to push my subscription back. without realizing, i forgot to push it further once december came and they charged me. i immediately contacted that i needed my order cancelled and money returned. i received a quick message back that i would receive a refund within 5-10 days. after two weeks, i never received my refund and triple checked my bank statement to confirm. i reached out to care/of not once, but THREE times, with no response. once i finally stated that i was cancelling my subscription and going to write a review, i suddenly received an email stating that they were apologetic and raised my refund issue to customer care. i’m just really disappointed, i actually liked this company.

Wish you could retroactively track vitamins

Lopezanji

I have a neurological issue that affects my memory, so even with reminders, I tend to forget to track it in the app (even though I will take my vitamins). So I lose my streak even if I’ve been taking it everyday for a week straight, because there’s no way to go in and track for the day before. :( so not very friendly accessibility wise
