Worst customer support

I tried going into the app to reset my password ,and it diverted me to the phone number which then diverted me to email and I have still did not get my email to reset password, also they keep on sending multiple packages of the same thing ,and they keep on charging me for it, I’ve try to adjust my plan and I won’t let me get in there so at this point I’m just gonna have to cancel it from the bank

I am enjoying taking care/of vitamins. The individual packs make it easy to remember and I get a little extra motivation to track with the app and earn carrots.

I got my first box probably about a week ago, and I love that they come in little individual packets. Makes it way easier for me to remember to take them everyday. The only issue that I ran into was the little packets containing my vitamins is hard to open, but contacting the team about that issue was super easy! I’m really glad my roommate/best friend recommended I try this! Never felt better taking these

I don’t like that if you forget to track your vitamins one day you can’t go back to the day and input it. Sometimes i forget to go to the app but i should be able to input it regardless if it’s a new day

I absolutely love my vitamins!! I struggled with severe perspiration for the last 3 years,I seriously thought I was going through menopause. But after taking probiotic vitamins with in 3 days my oder was gone!! And here I write this review after taking my vitamins for about 2 weeks,I’m still oder free. Thank you Care/of. Absolutely changed my life!

Normally great but so glitchy lately

The app is usually great but lately it has been incredibly glitchy. It closes me out, signs me out, freezes, etc. this has been happening for the past month.

Doesn’t work

Can’t set a reminder. Can’t track intake in the past. Can’t visit half the screens without it locking up.

The app is the only negative

Ever since upgrading to an iPhone 12, the app will not work. I get a "Please try to execute this field query later", a brief flash of the logo, then endless 3 dots flashing. Not a biggie except it means that I'm shut out of the rewards program (earning carrots for taking your vitamins every day) - which is a tremendous incentive to try new products since you can redeem for $ off an order. I've tried everything imaginable to correct this - uninstalling the app, deleting everything and starting over, nothing works. I cannot imagine this is unique to my iPhone but there's been no fix in the 4 months I've been experiencing this issue.
