I love this service but it bothers me that when I change the vitamins I’ll get in my next shipment the app updates (adds/removes) vitamins to select each day before I even receive the new shipment.

Not sure how this app has such a positive rating. Perhaps the rating is more of a reflection on the vitamins rather than the app. Here’s my experience with the app: - Slow (if it even opens) - Crashes often - Rarely able to do any of the functions. I’ve given up on trying to adjust my delivery date so many times via app - there are points you get for tracking when you take vitamins consecutively but since the app crashes so much and never loads, you lose your place and have to start all over in your “carrot” aka point count and therefore can never rack up enough points to get good benefits

Would love if you could create a widget OR (more preferably) watch compilcation option to track when I take vitamins (to earn carrots) and drink water!! Missed out on so many carrots because I forget to track on the app ):

*update: I finally got through to someone who could help me but the customer service was still trash. But the major problem is the website layout. I still can’t see where my order is being shipped or how much taxes are being charged. This is ridiculous. This is a WARNING to all first time users. Care/of whole system is not customer friendly. They don’t tell you how much tax is being charged on your order until AFTER they charge your card. So if your total says $40 its really going to be $44. You can’t see on your order where they ship your package not even if you click on “track my order”. That means that if u update your address its a good possibility it will be still sent to the old address. That’s what happened to me. Now I have to go walk 2 miles just to get my package being held at the post office. If they had updated their website so I could have seen where my package was going this could have been prevented. I could have contacted support in time to change it. But instead I had no idea where my package was being sent.

So many complaints I don't even know where to start. Current issue is the app literally will not load. At all. Just "thinks" forever and I never get to my dashboard. This was basically instant before the last iOS update. Developers get access to updates way in advance of even public betas. Why isn't this functional? You also lack the ability to track supplements taken after the fact (hi some of us have ADHD and are forgetful I don't care about points, I care about data tracking you snarky clods) and when I reached out to customer care to suggest this they basically told me it wouldn't even be considered for future updates. Maybe y'all should focus on the service side and have someone else take over your development portion because this ain't it. :|

The app takes FOREVER to load. I open the app and ... for about 30 mins. Often I just give up. It takes way too long to open. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it multiple times and nothing. I can’t mark that I took my vitamins. It’s frustrating

Super slow to load

Considering how simple the app is and how little data it needs to load, the app shouldn’t take as long as it does to load. It doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or 5G, it takes an inordinately long time to display anything. I just want to be able to click the button indicating I’ve taken my vitamins for the day. It should lazy load the data and immediately display the button.

This app is pretty amazing; I can track each day of vitamins I take to earn rewards and after reaching certain milestones they provide notes on scientific research for the vitamins I’m taking... pretty interesting stuff. The app also allows you to change your order & contact support if needed. Care/of did such a great job with their recommendations for me. On my second month now and can already feel the differences.

My favorite part is the carrot awards that give you free vitamins and other stuff just for staying on your routine!

I got a flier with a discount code in the mail, and I got excited. I spent ten minutes filling out the surveys and when I went to put in my card info it wouldn't let me fill out my payment info, or do PayPal. I'm not impressed.
