Track Button Disappears

Ever since downloading the app, I always have to open the app and see no Track vitamins button in the center, despite getting a notification to do so. So I close the app and reopen it. The button is usually there at that point. This applies to the other pages in the app as well. They only will load the second time I open the app.

The app is fine-it’s mostly just a way to edit your plan, but it’s not as easy to use as the website. You get carrots for “streaks”, but they don’t allow you to backlog days where you took your vitamins and simply didn’t put it in the app-a small gripe, but I’m a bit of a completionist and find it mildly infuriating. I don’t need the streak, just let me adjust the amount of packs I’ve used!

One day I won’t have to re-launch this app for tracking to work

Absolutely love how convenient these little packs of the vitamins are!!! Makes it so lovely for on the go to grab one so I don’t forget to take them !

Tracker Glitch

I love the vitamins and the services care/of provides, but the in-app tracker is really glitchy. I went to track it yesterday, but the app said I had already done so for the day. Yet when I come in today, it said I didn’t take it yesterday. I also don’t like if I take it past midnight, it counts for the next day and breaks the streak (I take them at bed so time varies). I would really appreciate this getting fixed.

The application allows you to collect points daily. Recently, it has been logging me out and restarting my point tracking to zero. This is the third time in weeks it has happened. I enjoy the health conscious articles they supply on the main page. I also enjoy the flexibility of delaying a shipment - if needed. It would be nice to find what is in my box and dosages easier. I would also be helpful to have the quiz option readily available. Lifestyles and needs can change.

The app needs work on the development side. There are times when the tracking option is missing from the navigation. I have to close the app and jump back in, in order to track my daily intake—it’s a hassle. Recently, I keep getting signed out for no reason. The glitches are minor but it’s a nuisance. The physical product (pills) itself is AMAZING. The other areas of this app is great! It’s just the tracking and random log outs that frustrate me. Please fix! :)
