Glitches and I lose all my progress

I have been tracking the same little bubble for over a week now, meaning I haven’t earned any new carrots and it keeps wiping out my progress. Super frustrating!
Great app, deserves an Apple Watch app

This app works great, and includes everything I want out of it! Quiz, tracking on upcoming shipments, daily reminders, and clear breakdowns of every supplement. I only wish there was a barebones Apple Watch app. I would love to be able to tap a button on my wrist when I take my daily supplements!
Good concept. Clunky app and unreliable in reality

I love the idea of Care/Of. I like that the quiz pointed me to some supplements that I hadn’t considered before that have actually helped with my concerns. However, there are some definite issues. First, this app is super clunky and difficult to navigate. Old subscriptions still show up even if you’ve cancelled them, you can’t back date vitamin tracking, it takes several clicks just to find what’s coming in my next order. One of my least favorite apps on my phone to use. Second, they’ve had a lot of supply issues since the pandemic that they haven’t sorted out. First my orders came in bottles for a couple months (Which was fine. I know they were still adjusting to new demand and supply chain constraints). Now I’ve had several months where certain supplements are just out of stock and not sent with my box - even though they’re not new additions to my box but something I’ve been getting for 6+ months at this point. This in particular defeats the purpose of care/of for me. It’s been over a year since the pandemic started and they’re still blaming things on supply chain and staffing issues. It’s not ok and I’m seriously considering stopping my subscription once I figure out alternatives.

I’m really surprised how much I like this app - the tracking feature is fun and makes taking a handful of vitamins feel worth it. The goal prizes feel in scope and reach, with an appropriate number of points attributed to them. The daily reminder is fun (if not usually 30-60 seconds late!) and overall it’s a clean looking, high functioning, and well made app.

I have been having a reoccurring issue the past few months where I do track it and it acknowledges it but then when I log back in the next day my streak starts over and I lost progress... this is really annoying.

Unless i am unaware of how...i would like to be able to modify the daily tracking instead of there only options. Otherwise i like the tracking.
