Can’t print glossy

I’ve had this app for over a year for my Canon tr4520 and today out of nowhere it had connectivity issues and will not allow me to print on glossy paper which is for labels for my business. This is so frustrating!! I have searched google for answers and I can’t find any. I’m not sure if it’s the app because if I print plain paper it works but not when I print media glossy!
Will not print documents from iPhone

It is printing photos well. I cannot get it to print a document. Says it is looking for an air printer. I thought I was using this so I don’t need an air printer. I’m confused.

Printer stopped working w our devices. Had to delete and reinstall. It does not work w all functions as it did when first installed. Print head has to be cleaned often in order to get decent print quality online Directions and manuals are not user friendly.

I love our Canon G printer. I dont know what happened to HP as a company but never will buy another one. This app works perfect and so does the printer.

My canon print app pop-up notices offers me $175 for taking a survey. I called Cannon to see if it is legit and of course it is not.
Doesn’t work with mx882 and latest iOS

This app used to work for me and my MX882, clunky as it was, but at least it printed something. Now since I updated to the latest iOS, the app seems to be trying to use airprint, but the MX882 is not airprint compatible. Please revert this app to using its own print system!
