THE QUALITY OF THE PRINTING IS EXCELLENT. THE OPERATION OF THE COPIER IS USER FRIENDLY. I LOVE-THIS COPIER AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO SENIORS!
New update means it won’t connect.

Up until yesterday, I would have given this app at least 3 or 4 stars. But since the latest update, my phone will not connect to my printer at all. I have tried everything that the app and the online manual suggest and nothing. I don’t have another way to print things, and I need to be able to print. I’m very upset.

The app works fine to print photos, but whenever I try to print a document it is searching for an AirPrinter. When I bought the printer, it said “air print compatible “ but it is not an AirPrinter. So frustrating!
