This would be really useful for me if it would stay connected. It usually connects just fine, but as soon as I try to do anything on my phone. See my photos, download the photos. It loses connection. I've been able to actually download a photo maybe three times since getting the camera/app.

I have a G5x and I can connect for brief moments. Maybe just long enough to transfer one photo, and then it disconnects. Even when I have no other WiFi networks around, it still drops after 20s. Basically useless.

The GUI needs to be updated for iPhone X. It’s hard to tap on some of the buttons.

Such a useless app. Drops camera connection after 10 seconds after it locks up, then it will not reconnect. Stay away !

If Charles Barkley used this app, that’s how he’d describe it: turrible. The vast majority of the time it NEVER connects and should be renamed: “Canon Probably Won’t Connect.” I’m not a silicone valley employee, but I’m not tech illiterate either and I have an 85% failure to connect to my iPhone history with this app. It’s just easier to use a card reader and my computer. But that takes away from being able to upload photos from the trail or when you’re away from your computer for days.

I’ve been trying to follow the very unintuitive directions on the app and they do not help with connecting. After finally understanding that I simply need to be on the same WiFi as the camera’s, I noticed that the app never registers that the camera and my phone are sharing the same wifi. Months ago I was able to finally use the app, but now it doesn’t not seem to work any more. Really disgusted with this dud of an app.

The app is okay, if it doesn't crash. I got my Canon for Christmas and I've had to reinstall the app 5 times. I also wish there was a way to down load more than one picture at a time.

The app is way too complicated to use, and the directions aren’t specific. I️ haven’t been able to connect my camera in a few months because I️ don’t understand how to. Please make some fixes on this app. It used to be easy and simple but it now it’s super complex.
Useful app but needs improvements

It’s a very useful app and needed for canon photographers, but the problem is that this app is a little bit slow and plus an important feature is missing which is sharing pics directly to third party apps without having to download it.
