Doesn’t work after update

Give us the previous version back. It doesn’t work anymore. So frustrating!

Bought video camera with the expectation, from description and app, you could control the camera functions. You can link an iPad and camera but when you want to use the app it returns a message saying you cannot do much of anything. See images on the recorder is all. No remote recording, no remote zoom, nothing I expected. Will consider returning camera foe a blue tooth model.

This app is simple yet it has its flaws...I am able to download my pictures but I am not able to download my videos... i dont know if I have to fix something in my settings. I either have a minute limit or something but each time I try to it save a video it says “this image is not supported” and no WHERE says what i can fix about the problem, that’s where the flaw comes in...I got my canon t6 few days ago and I have it on my iPhone 7. Please help

I have had my canon for a while but the app is not working with my iPhone 7 Plus. I am very disappointed that the app is not opening and doing what it’s supposed to do. If there was an option for no stars this app would be there.

First time you don’t know how to use this app, the UX is completely terrible, with iPhone I cannot back and even really hard to adjust settings when in live mode.

I have several Canon Cameras and I love Canon! This software works like an afterthought. Hard to connect, feature light and is seems like a little focus and software expertise could make connecting to a Canon exciting and not a chore. I use it on a couple different os, and it is dragging me down instead of exciting me about my new gear. Please Canon, make this software rock like your cameras. Thanks!

Not the worst, not the best

It does what it's advertised to do. It's serviceable. I like using it but if you can get something else for hands off camera use go for that.

Waiting for the update for Mark IV

When I initially got the Mark IV it was working slow but it was working. Now it isn’t working at all. Can you advise when the new update will occur?
