One bite at a time.

Easy to use with reachable goals every run.

Easiest way to start running

ETrunner

I have used this app for years. As my fitness levels wax and wane and goals change, C25K by Zen Labs has been the constant. It’s the easiest and most effective way to begin running and to lose weight. Thank you for a quality app and fitness program.

Love This App!

Dippy McDip

It’s been a great help, I’m almost 50 and just started running to lose weight. Easy to use and understand. Great App!!

Destroys my battery

Dalton Rooney

This app runs in the background all the time, even when I haven’t used it in days. It was responsible for 40% of my battery usage yesterday even though I force quit it several days ago and haven’t used it since. What is it doing in the background all the time? It also has tracking ads that will be enabled if you’re not careful to opt-out. Can’t believe this is the paid version of the app, too. I’m using Intervals Pro instead, it’s a more flexible app that supports C25K perfectly.

Not good with Apple Watch.

On its own it might be fine, but with the Apple Watch it’s terrible. It constantly gets out of sync and sends duplicate and often conflicting prompts to walk or jog.

Good app

Are you mad or go on my run today it really helpful to know where mile is.?????

Mad Mad Mad

Supergrammer

I want a refund! I paid $5 for this app and all it has is 5k stuff. That’s a lot for an app that only does one thing. They were rated number 1 and I wanted to start training for a half. You have to pay more to run more? What!? They have apps that are free, I spent money because I thought I was getting something that had a lot of features. Want a refund. I feel like I’ve been scammed!

Very unsatisfactory

letdowb

I purchased this app so I could use it on my Apple Watch and I wouldn’t need to take my phone along. It doesn’t alert you when it’s time to switch from walking to running. I am extremely disappointed that I waisted my money on this app.

Frustrating

Livi040444

I have notifications showing, but they won’t open, even after restarting the app. Very annoying.

Am I missing something?

Ok, can someone explain to me how this app jumps from running 3 miles at the end of week 8 to the full 5 miles? It seems quite a jolt - I was expecting another gradual two weeks before reaching 5 miles...
