The integration with the Apple Watch is TERRIBLE. Notifications may or may not come through based on the state of the phone in my pocket.

Thanks to this app I’ve taken my lunch hour and can run a 5 k now! Highly recommend

I have been using this app for a couple years, it’s still pretty buggy but is also the best option on the market for couch-to-5k apps (which makes me a little sad...) I first downloaded C25k around 2014. Somehow they have been able to create a monetized music streaming services, but it is still so difficult to integrate HeathKit, which was designed to be relatively simple to add into current apps. I purchased the Pro version, only to have access to the Apple Watch app, which lags behind its iPhone companion by 10-15 seconds. So... really, it’s the best option (with worse competition) but it’s also seriously lacking features that make it a better user experience. (Yet somehow the develop team is able to create and push a weird music screaming app, Among other things.)

I absolutely frickin hate running, mostly because I can’t run far. I have started running so many times and given up because I can’t complete a mile right off the bat. This is such a helpful app! The chick is super upbeat, I love that I can listen to my tunes while I sweat, and it goes by so quickly! I recommend C25K to anyone who wants to get into running. You won’t be disappointed!

I love c25k. However it has its flaws with the Apple watch. I want to be able to see my progress on my watch but hear through my earbuds what the coach is telling me to do. So I have started putting my watch in airplane mode and just using the running tracker on my Apple watch in addition to using the c25k on my phone and earbuds. It works pretty good that way. Then I can check my pace and distance on my watch but still follow the trainer when I am running.

I’ve been exercising, dieting, and using this app as recommended and so far have lost 30 pounds! I started from years of a sedentary lifestyle, and it’s been helping me to feel strong each day. If I find that I’m not meeting a certain step, I’ll stay on that day until moving on. I use this app with music on my phone and so far have no problems! Was recommended to me by my father and I’d recommended to anyone wanting to get back on their feet!

Haven’t had any problems with it. As far as a fitness app goes I have managed to start running regularly and keep at it with the assistance of this thing.
