Trouble uploading video from iPad – Buffer: Plan & Schedule Posts Review

I schedule posts with buffer daily on my iPhone and iPad but lately I've been having trouble uploading videos only from my iPad but I don't have this issue on my iPhone. I have an 32gb iPad 5th gen and iPhone 8 128gb both running the latest iOS 13 version.
