Works but....

App is what others have described. Once you are logged in it does not take you to your history or knows you future reservations. They need to make it secure and instant access to information.

Delta, Hilton, American Airlines .... even Avis all have useful apps that allows me to view and manage my upcoming reservations as soon as I open the app. This one does not and that makes it pretty useless. Talking to a desk agent or cust svc rep by phone is actually EASIER than the app since they can use my name or fastbreak #. The app stores the same data but never uses it making it truly pointless. Maybe it's good for making reservations, I don't know, but being focused on making the sale and not managing the experience is bad, lazy service.
This Is An Ad Not An Application

Budget should just start from scratch. To verify my up coming reservations I use the password protected application that then ask for my name and reservation confirmation number. So to use an app I need to hope Budget didn't send my confirmation info to my spam folder. What exactly does this app do? Nothing. Perhaps Budget should determine 1 star reviews mean they have failed. Their competitors have useful apps.

I can't rate this app low enough to accurately describe the utility. I thought the idea of apps was to make things easier, not exponentially more difficult.

I thought the new app would be helpful but no. Simple tasks like adding rentals is not available!! Don't waste your time.

Won't remember reservations. Have to re-enter conf # every time. Totally worthless!!

I would think that with a large scale company like this, they could afford to put together a decent working app that is function all the time instead of referring me to call customer service every time I try to make a reservation and it fails. I would say it actually works 1 out of 100 times. Definitely has some bugs!
Can't create a user ID

How am I supposed to use this app if I can't create a user ID? I've clicked all the buttons and checked under every heading and there's nowhere where I can find how to start as a new user. Ummmm, something's missing.
