A horrible company you should get away from

I regret I didn’t listen to the reviewers here before renting a car from Budget last week in spring break. That is a horrible experience in my life. I had never had any problems renting a car in the whole wide world before that. Pickup location is at 49th street Manhattan, NY. The staff Maria didn’t honor the price I prepaid on Budget website, even though I showed her the receipt; she wanted add extra; and then gave me a empty tank car(8 miles left showing on the gauge), said you either go find a gas station yourself or upgrade to a 7 seat SUV. I ended up turning around on the unfamiliar busy Manhattan street finding a gas station myself. At DCA airport Washington D.C., the drop off location, all rental car companies have signs but Budget/Avis. I had to be turning and turning around to find its secret spot. After coming back home, I found unauthorized credit card charges from Budget. What a nightmare I had!
Fastbreak pass in Apple Wallet

The app is so dated a clunky, but one thing that could reeeeally derive some quick benefit would be the ability to add your fastbreak pass to your Apple wallet. Would be great for convenience and time.

I downloaded this on my iPhone X and it worked like a charm. I signed in with my Fastbreak account and it pulled all my info as well as my company discount code. Went through the entire rental process with no issues. Whatever issues people were having with the app seem to have been resolved.

It literally says “Your current reservation will appear once you’ve picked up your car.” Well, what’s the point of that?

DO NOT RENT from BUDGET. They app is horrible. the prices on the app DO NOT match the prices they have. They will take your money and send you a confirmation email of a price you never agreed to. Disputing anything with them is like skinning a cow. There customer service is worse than mcdonalds workers.

Just downloaded the app after joining Budget’s Fastbreak. Logged in quickly and easily. My existing reservation was already in there. So far so good. I guess if it can’t load my Fastbreak card into Apple wallet I’ll be disappointed but I honestly haven’t tried yet... we’ll see how it goes but looks and works good for now.

Can't give much of a review since it times out with a network error on LTE and Wi-Fi. All other apps are fine. Hitting "Support" link brings a near blank "Pardon our dust" page. Uninstalled.
Need confirmation number to view reservations

If I'm logged into the app, I should be able to see my reservations, that's the #1 reason to have such an app, and Budget doesn't offer it. Just tried to book using the app and that didn't work either. Get it together!
