The budget rental car in Wailea , Maui it’s reep off With the worst girl employee extremely rude They hang up on you when you asking a about the rentals fee. There price start $100.00 a day for very small car plus taxes and fees if you ask why they will hang on you.

Tried serval times to make reservations, only to arrive to pick up car that was not available. It was a bait and switch. I was directed to the Budget app to review my invoice. The website started that I had no past rentals. I had just returned the vehicle 2 days ago.

If you rented from an airport location and needed to contact them, it is almost impossible to do. They , at least PBI never pick up, so I was always transferred to a live agent someplace far away, even though I called the local number. Thanks

The app and site are both terrible. I always let my safari pick my password and each time Budget tells me it’s incorrect. So I go through the process of resetting... then I try to log in with the password I JUST SET... budget tells me it’s wrong! Then it locks me out and I have to reset AGAIN ... rinse and repeat. Such crap!

Automatically add reservations to my app & profile

Why don’t reservations automatically show up in the app? I shouldn’t have to add it manually especially when I’m booking it via a Fastbreak account.. That’s probably 50% of the purpose of the app, whether booked through the app or Expedia, so please fix.
