It never works. I like budget. I travel every week. Always check budget first. Get all the way to check out. Enter my credit card and get a token error. No idea what that means. No idea how to fix. Sadly budget looses a lot of business because this app is awful.

I have downloaded the App several times and it still won’t complete a reservation! You go through the whole process and hit the reserve button and nothing happens. Apparently this has been a problem with this app for over a year now by reading the reviews.

I have rented cars from budget countless times. I usually use the website. Now the website isn’t working. The app only worked 5-10 times at most. They need to get some professionals to fix their website and app. I’m sure they’re losing plenty of business

Pointless app. Rarely signs in without issue. NEVER shows previous rentals, ever, so can’t get receipts.

Why in the world would the developer think I would have my confirmation number available to look at my upcoming reservations? That's why I have the app! If I log onto the Budget web site I can see all my future and past reservations. Why can't the app do the same?! Poor design and clearly no customer testing prior to release. Waste of time.
