Best car deals, great app

Very good way to make car reservations, find the lot and keep your info on file for future use. Have found Budget to have consistently reliable availability (hours of operation), vehicles and staff. And for the best rental prices of any big name agency.
Poor on-line coordination

Long time fast break member, I’ve experienced frequent trouble with the website over the years, it simply doesn’t work about 25% of the time. Decided to try the app, which at least worked after yet another failed effort on the website. When I signed in, however, it did not import any of my preferences. This company just seems to not get the time n-line world.

Hard to get through all of your required screen inputs on a smart phone screen.
It’s not perfect, still better than the competitions though.

The app gets me a bit frustrated when I choose all my options only to have them tell me nothing is available then I need to choose them again to get the same message. Would like it if there was a list of available cars/dates... that would make it much more user friendly. The people at my local Budget branch are the best though!

They charged my card without renting a car

This is the worst car rental service I’ve ever experienced. They charged me $540 for the car I haven’t picked (canceled before the scheduled time). They said amount will be refunded in 10 days and now it’s been a month and I did not get my money back. Customer service response is very poor. I’m gonna file a dispute on my card for the money and never gonna trust budget ever again in my life. Please consider your money is gone once they charge you card, even for no reason.
