Prices a lil to high at times but great company to rent with

The Budget app has some issues. The last few times I have tried to reserve a car through the app it always tell me there is an issue and that I will have to call customer service in order to reserve a car. It’s an inconvenience to call because when you have to wait at the least 15-20 minutes to speak with a rep. Then once you get someone on the line it is a huge language barrier which then takes another 35-40 minutes just to get an understanding before you can reserve the vehicle. Please fix the app.

I am a weekly traveler...the old app was so bad I quit using budget about 3 years ago. I just tried the new version.....flawless. Thank you for stepping up your game??????
