For the last six times I have tried to rent and prepay a car rental I get the same message “we cannot process you transaction at this time please call Budget.” Calling Budget is a useless exercise because hey can never give you the same rate and try to talk you into a higher rate for the same vehicle. I have yet to find an agent that can be helpful and explain why this continues to happen. I give up on Budget and have decided to use another competitor.

While being a government worker i rely on a good product. This app only induces stress. How can I not have service but I can access the the app. Won’t let me sign in.
Easy To Use

Very simple and easy to use. The only glitch was trying to find out what credit card I had listed in my account. After I went through all the steps of the reservation, I wanted to check which credit card I had listed in my account before I pressed the reserve button but couldn’t figure out a way to access my account so I had to cancel the process, go back to the home page, check my account and restart the reservation process. But I was able to find all my account info easily, I re-did my reservation and everything worked out fine.
App doesn’t work...

Downloaded the app as Budget emailed me a discount code. I tried to enter a reservation & each time I try, it won’t take my drop off & pickup times. Instead, it defaults to the current time for both (even though the reservation is in the future). It made sure to increment the time each time I tried to ensure it retained the current time (good grief). Gave up & went with it, it said the discount code they emailed me is invalid. I won’t be making any reservations through this app. If I could give zero stars I would.

The developer needs to fix a few bugs on this new app. When booking a reservation, both the pickup and delivery times that you choose do not stay fixed and instead the app puts its own delivery and pick up times. This is extremely annoying. As a loyal and frequent renter, I have to reserve my bookings through the actual budget website. This new app is useless.

Completely unusable app... It wasn’t perfect before but after last update getting worse... don’t waste your time to try setup something there
