Stopped working on iPad

This stopped after recent updates to the iPad. It’s useless now. I see it hasn’t even been updated for 7 months.

Just spent $300 dollar on a QL - 1110NWB to find the main app I need to utilize to print labels wirelessly and through Bluetooth is mediocre at best . No option to send or save my shipping labels through my phone directly to the printer

Used to work ok, now it crashes every time I try to open

This app used to work well enough despite some shortcomings but now every time I open it it immediately crashes. I’ve tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app with no luck. Hopefully it gets fixed soon so I can actually make labels.
Doesn’t support all brother label printers

You can tell that brother doesn’t have any faith that this app is worthwhile since it only supports a subset of their own label printers.

This APP worked flawlessly until I got my new iPad Pro with the Magic Keyboard. Now I can only use the iPad without the Magic keyboard. Definitely not very productive. Boo!
No way to Print PDF’s via Bluetooth

It’s 2020 and Brother has no way for us customers to print PDF’s via Bluetooth on their Bluetooth devices. I have a model QL-1110NWB printer and chatted with support and they said Bluetooth is only for this app. What misleading marketing to say their device supports Bluetooth when it’s Bluetooth capability is so limited. There’s no way to print shipping labels with mobile via Bluetooth.

I have a Brother QL-810NWB and it works great with it and worked well with my previous Brother label printer (I think it was a QL-700) I have used this app for at least 2 years. It was tricky to set up with my iPhone at first, but once I figured how to set it up (I use the printer as its own connection, I don’t have a wireless network at my house) haven’t had any issue. I must admit I have not updated it. I figured if it isn’t broke I shouldn’t fix it lol. I don’t update ANY of my apps until I have read reviews. If there are any complaints about the update, I wait it out.

Not sure why there’s so much hate on this. April 2020 seems ok to me. Installed and paired with the device easily. Typed label and printed without any problems. It’s basic, but does the job.
