The old app worked just fine, when I tried to update the app it won't do anything. It's stuck downloading. My question to you is if I delete the app and reinstall will all my saved labels be deleted? How do I get the old app back?

This app is terrible since it was updated July 2017, who ever is responsible for this update should be fired. I use this for a business and it's really making our job harder , we print hundreds of labels daily. Will be looking for another solution soon if this is not resolved. To the big wigs in charge ever heard the saying " if it ain't broke don't fix it" well you broke it badly.

Whoever they have engineering this app do a terrible job completely incompetent and obviously never asked the user what they thought. If I could I would give it less then one star

Lot of bugs have shown up since interface update. Plus...the iOS version has different fonts than android. If you are running a business and expect multiple people to use this...make sure they all have iPhones.

July 2017 Update The updates are great! The layout and functionality is more user-friendly. No glitches so far. IMPROVED! Love the app when it works from my iPad. It usually takes a restart for it to recognize the printer. AND now the back/delete button causes a glitch where the text scrolls down out of view and you have to backspace/delete several times before it scrolls back up.
Upgrade -- DON'T EVEN TRY

App crashes after displaying this message... all of our iOS users having similar problems --- Converting... Labels made with this updated version are now compatible with P-touch Editor for Windows.

App works, but contact addresses is weird to me.

Quick and easy to print labels. However the print addresses feature is weird. It's weird that the zip code is a separate text block from the address text block. It's nearly impossible to align! Please fix!!
