It is that bad

Those who say it’s not bad have no idea then what good is. This app is on of the worst I’ve ever used. Constantly tells me I can’t edit. Even when I use one of their preset labels. It can’t know for itself what labels are installed. So you have to keep guessing and trying to print until it agrees with you. Most of the time the right size is chosen it just won’t print anyway. When I try to paste an address it comes out so small you can’t read it. And trying to fix that is impossible. Changing font size doesn’t help. Trying to adjust the text box doesn’t help. There is nothing that tells you what to do. Half the time it says the printer isn’t there when it is. Then while editing, I look at the label and it appears there are characters missing. Are they missing? Will it print correctly? Who knows until you use more tape! Cha-Ching! After trying for almost 20 minutes to print a simple address label I picked up a sharpie and hand wrote it on the box in about five seconds! I find this app USELESS!

Room for improvement

Created 2 different files of the same thing with a QR code and cannot reopen either without the app crashing, all my other labels without QR codes still open fine. Other than that, I think the App is amazing so far, wish there was a way to share and cloud save my templates though for when I want to use my tablet. Reinstalling the app to hopefully fix the glitch, hoping for their return, though very doubtful...

Almost useless

I have a Brother PT-P300BT label printer. The label printer itself is capable of a huge number of fonts. With this app, it can only print in ONE FONT. One. That’s it. You can’t choose any fonts at all. Totally worthless. Ironically, the iPhone app is great. It’s only this iPad app, which theoretically should be better, which is a piece of buggy, featureless garbage.

App Crashes

App randomly crashes on iPhone X when printing

No cutting mode

Label maker has a blade but I cannot use it to cut the extra blank label. I hope it will have cutting mode, so I can use the built in blade to cut without scissor.

Works but is limited

I think this works perfectly on my iPad for just printing a label. But if you add a lot of labels, they’re not put in alphabetically and you have to sort through them to find the one you want. It can get tough if you have a lot of labels. Also, although the app asks if you want to connect it to your contacts on the iPad, I don’t see a way to actually import the contacts. So to add labels, I have to go to the contacts, copy the address, and go back to the app, type in the name and then paste the address.
