The app seems great until I try to pay. Every time I try to checkout it tells me error with payment. I think I give up trying. I have a sams membership, I’ll shop there.

The price was right. The product arrived timely. The packaging was secure and I received my samples. Only downfall was that there was a limit to my order. I could only order 6 cases and given the large program I have, I needed more.
Customer service is poor!!

My 1st order was great, got the entire order within 2 days. Ordered a second time (last week). FedEx delivered it some where, just not my house. I’ve contacted boxed customer service & all I keep getting is “ if the package doesn’t show up” emails. I’ve followed their instructions and I’m still waiting & still getting the same email, I’ll never order again. I’ve deleted the app, $50 lesson learned, I’m done being treated like I’m lying to them. Hopefully, whoever has the package is happy with my order.

When we first started ordering from Boxed, there were awesome free samples and surprise stuff that would come with the orders. In 9 of our last 10 orders, it was impossible to find the samples to add to the order. We notified Boxed of the problem and they did not offer to send them later and actually specifically stated they would not do so. Samples are not a big deal but JET.com has lower prices than Boxed so just don’t get hooked on samples and feel loyal to this company because the samples will eventually become impossible to find on the app. and the goodies will disappear from your orders.
