I’d like to see it before I sign up, not gonna happen. Boxed requires creating an account. Soooo , no thanks. I’ll keep using other buying options.

Worst ever! Do not buy from this company, the customer service is abhorrent and that is what makes or breaks a company. This company is still new so they’re gonna learn sooner or later!!!

I’ve just made my first few orders. It was easy to order and the prices are great. This will be, assuming my order arrives speedily and correctly, a great boon to me. I’ve become physically challenged lately and unable to shop at BJs or Sam’s Club like I used to enjoy doing. I cannot walk around thise Huge warehouse stores or load abd unload my purchases. I’m hoping BOXED will enable me to still obtain the things I need. We shall see.

Past two versions have bug in the shopping cart. When you scroll up and down when you’re in the shopping cart item go in and out of stock randomly. One time over half of my shopping cart was “out of stock”. I stopped using Boxed for a while and now that it’s updated and still impossible to know what’s actually in stock I still cannot use this app.
Was logged out, having trouble logging back in

I managed to place one order, which was shipped and got to me just fine for a good price. However after that I was signed out of my account and it won’t let me log on with the password I’m pretty sure I used and the app crashes when I try forgot password, so I don’t know how I’m supposed to log back on to make more orders. If this issue gets resolved I will easily change this to five stars.
