This app makes me happy. I can send in my order on my lunch hour, in bed when I first wake up or my favorite time while I’m waiting for my kid to get out of practice . Within a few days my box arrives always packaged nicely and usually a thank you note is enclosed.

It's only my second order but I was just at sams club and these prices are better than sams....at least on some of the items I needed. You NEED to try this! DON'T WAIT

Not Cheaper, Not Necessarily “Bulk”

The prices are not any cheaper than a Walmart or nearby store, they also are not really in “bulk” it’s just 2 or 3 things of the same item.. or 1 in most cases. The prices actually are a little higher for some items. This is just a convenience app for people who don’t want to go to the store and pay a little bit less. Not a big selection of items either.

My wife and I have been using Boxed for a few years at this point. Today was the first time we had to test their customer services. An item was crushed in the box and it was an obvious packing issue as the entire shipped box was in prestige condition. Within minutes after sending my inquiry I was offered a refund or store credit. We opted for store credit as we knew we would be ordering again. That’s the Zappos style customer service I would expect from a company. Love it!!

I absolutely LOVE boxed! Their products are amazing and who doesn't LOVE free shipping! Being a mother of a 2 year, having my bulk items delivered to my front door is essential and life changing! The app is so user friendly and I have truly enjoyed the last 3 years of using Boxed!
