Easy to quickly select items and super fast to checkout!

Where we live there is no postal home delivery so our mailing address is a PO Box. When I put in our actual physical address, BOXED did not recognize it. You should have an option as many retailers have which ask for verification that the physical address is correct before refusing shipment.

I ordered about 6-7 items, took three tries to check out, when it finally took my order two of the “free” items were no longer available. (With no way to go back and add different items) With emailing my check out issues were handled in a timely fashion and my items arrived in great shape in two days! I will try again!

Shipping takes a long time

Shipping takes a long time. I ordered from Jet and Boxed on the same day. I received my Jet pkg last Friday, and today is Monday and Boxed is still not here!!!

Great option for a busy mom!

There are some weeks I just can’t get to The big boxed store for bulk items and Boxed help me fill the gap. I can easily order from the app while sitting at swim lessons or baseball practice and a few days later the box is on my doorstep! It’s fantastic! Selection is good and prices are comparable to the stores in my area.

Really like the products and prices but the faint artsy fartzy design misses the point. I cannot read very much of it and may just go elsewhere.

I love Boxed. It’s like having a Costco membership without paying the yearly fee. They always ship quickly, leave thank you notes in my package and I love the free samples they send you as well. Awesome company. ❤️

Upgrade or lose all the perks you received before at no cost

I've been with boxed since 2015 and I've always recommended it to all my friends. Very convenient and good customer service. I noticed that I wasn't getting any money back on my purchases like I used to but didn't pay much attention to it. Then I started seeing that you have to upgrade and pay an annual membership fee to get cash back and that was very disappointing. Especially to me because I've spent a lot of money with the company these past two years. I didn't get a notice that this was changing either. It was upsetting to learn that now we have to pay a membership. Might as well go back to Costco or Bjs since their selection is wider.

Everything arrives on time with a special note which makes me feel better than those plastic people at Walmart! If you haven’t tried it order just the paper plates and you will never ever buy them from those other stores! Kathy Farabee Memphis Tn!!!!!
